Product Description

DGGE Marker is designed for DNA standards of DGGE (denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis).
DGGE Marker contains Loading Buffer. Apply directly to the polyacrylamide gel. SYBR® Gold, SYBR® Green I or EtBr can be used for staining of acrylamide gel.

Storage Conditions 10 mmol/l Tris-HCl(pH 8.0),10 mmol/l EDTA(pH 8.0), 0.025%(w/v) Bromophenol Blue, 35%(v/v) Glycerol

DGGE Marker I: 50 ng/5 µl (for bacteria 16S rDNA)
DGGE Marker II: 100 ng/5 µl (for bacteria 16S rDNA)
DGGE Marker III: 100 ng/5 µl (for bacteria 16S rDNA)
DGGE Marker IV: 80 ng/5 µl (for fungi 18S rDNA)
DGGE Marker V: 90 ng/5 µl (for nematode 18S rDNA)
