Product Description
DGGE Marker is designed for DNA standards of DGGE (denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis).
DGGE Marker contains Loading Buffer. Apply directly to the polyacrylamide gel. SYBR® Gold, SYBR® Green I or EtBr can be used for staining of acrylamide gel.

- DGGE Marker III, IV and V were developed by National Institute for Agro-Environmental Sciences (NIAES) for the analysis of flora/fauna of bacteria, fungi and nematode in the soil. NIAES has conducted a project of "Development of soil biodiversity analysis system with environmental DNA", which was supported by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries, Japan.
